KASCO manufactures and distributes a wide variety of meat grinding plates and grinder knives, both as a rental item via KASCO’s Territory Managers and as stand-alone sale plates and knives.  KASCO’s grinder plates and knives are precision sharpened and case hardened to minimize contact between the plate and knife, which reduces friction in your grinding operations.  The KASCO grinder plate and knife “Cool Cutting” system produces a superior bloom in your ground meat product while creating less waste, thus producing greater profitability. 

CNC Sharpened Grinder Knives

All of KASCO’s grinder knives are made from precision casts of tool grade steel that are then case hardened.  Each KASCO grinder knife is precision sharpened on CNC equipment to laser measured tolerances.  You can actually see the difference in a KASCO grinder knife edge!

Dura-Life Plates and Super-Sharp Plates

KASCO offers both hubbed plates (Dura-Life) and non-hubbed, reversible plates (Super-Sharp).  The Dura-Life and Super-Sharp plates are case hardened and precision ground to produce an effective edge to pair with the CNC Sharpened grinder knives.  All of KASCO’s grinder plates are designed to be resharpenable. 

Grinder Plate and Knife Packaging

KASCO offers grinder plates and knives in several packaging configurations.  For in-store use, the grinder plates and knives are coated with Lubricoat Food-grade oil, and then placed in a poly-seal bag.  For distributors who want the grinder plates and knives for re-sale, Kasco also offers plate and knife combinations on shrink wrap boards and combination sets of one reversible Super-Sharp plate with two grinder knives.
