Kasco Repair and Maintenance Service

The Most Cost Effective Way to Maintain and Repair Your Meatroom & Deli Equipment
Kasco has an extensive repair and maintenance service capability for most of the US and Canada market. Kasco’s dedicated Territory Managers and Technicians repair meat saws, grinders, mixer grinders, deli slicers, bread slicers, and other equipment. Kasco carries a large inventory of repair parts on the Kasco route vans, and typically has the parts needed for the repair on the spot. Each of Kasco’s Territory Managers and Technicians goes through substantial repair training as part of their Kasco repair and maintenance certification.

Kasco Repair Methods and Coverage

Kasco offers repairs under two general methods: on-call repairs with dedicated technicians, and repairs and preventative maintenance during routine route coverage with the Kasco Territory Managers. 

On-Call Repairs:  Kasco has dedicated on-call technicians in a number of geographic regions.  These technicians can respond to same-day or next-day emergency repair calls within the Kasco area of coverage.  Kasco is constantly expanding its on-call geographic coverage.  Currently Kasco covers the following geographic areas with on-call repair capability, and we are expanding our on-call geographic coverage frequently:

Route Coverage Repairs: Kasco also repairs equipment and provides preventative-maintenance with Kasco’s certified Territory Managers, while on their routine 3-month or 4-month route stops. This repair and maintenance coverage by the Kasco Territory Managers includes most of the US and Canada. The Kasco Territory Managers are fully certified in mechanical and electrical meat-room equipment repairs, and the Kasco Territory Managers carry the repair parts inventory in the Kasco van at each stop. We generally have the right parts on hand to do the repair.

The advantage of obtaining repairs from Kasco during the routine route stops, is that there is no mileage or show-up fees!  The Kasco Territory Manager is already in the store. How many times has your business needed a repair, and had to pay a $100 travel time & mileage fee, just to have the local repair person come to your front door?
